Business and Auxiliary Services is seeking a qualified Communications Coordinator to oversee the visual communications for our team.
Duties associated with this position include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as the main departmental videographer by leading production from implementation to execution including, creating scripts, story boards, project timelines, filming, editing and post production.
- Serve as the main department photographer providing pictures for websites, merchandise, social media accounts, advertisements, and departmental events.
- Support Communications Coordinators on the team and serve as back up for graphic design, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 year experience.
Video and photography skills are necessary.
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Premiere (or other comparable video editing software) are required.
Candidate must demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to meet strict deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Creativity and problem solving are also key skills associated with this position.
