Sarah Colt Productions
Sarah Colt Productions is looking for a Winter/Spring 2020 Intern to assist with our various documentary film projects. We are currently in post-production on a feature-length social issue documentary, planned for the festival circuit, that examines the state of America’s middle class today. We are also in the research phase of a project for PBS. Other projects include a short film and series of talks for a corporate client.
Over the course of the internship, the intern will learn about both the creative and the practical processes involved in documentary filmmaking.
The internship will begin in late January/early February 2020 and span through April 2020. Interns typically work two days a week, from 10:30am to 5:30pm, though this can be flexible.
This internship is unpaid, though we have a strong track record of hiring past interns or recommending them for hire into other production teams. Candidates looking to obtain college credit for the internship should provide any relevant forms and ensure that our internship corresponds with the college’s requirements.
Interested candidates should submit their cover letter and resume to Leah Ford at Leah[at]sarahcoltproductions.com, by Friday, January 10th, 2020 at 6pm. Please note that only candidates who are offered an interview will be contacted. If you are offered an interview, please be able to provide at least one reference upon request.
