The successful incumbent will work as part of a collaborative team, participating in the ongoing design, configuration and implementation of Ultimate (Ultipro) Benefits, Payroll, Recruitment, Performance Management HCM system. This is a contract role based in Port Washington or can be a remote working location.
Ensure data integrity within the Human Capital Management System (Ultimate/UltiPRO) and generate standard and ad-hoc reports.
Partner with management to collect HR data from existing platforms to document, migrate and implement new HRIS business systems, enhancements to existing systems, and integrations with other systems.
Manage appropriate issue escalation to achieve timely issue resolution.
Manage special projects related to the testing, documentation, piloting, deployment, and communication of new functionality and system enhancements
Create and maintain end-user and training documentation; and participate in training activities for end-users
Build email notifications, configure and schedule alerts as necessary.
Bachelor’s degree in business or information technology
MUST HAVE Minimum 5 years’ experience implementing Ultimate (UltiPro) in a global organization
Experience in configuring and implementing new modules
Excellent trouble shooting and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Highly organized and attentive to details
Proven track record for delivering projects on time.
