Position Summary

The successful incumbent will work as part of a collaborative team, participating in the ongoing design, configuration and implementation of Ultimate (Ultipro) Benefits, Payroll, Recruitment, Performance Management HCM system. This is a contract role based in Port Washington or can be a remote working location.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure data integrity within the Human Capital Management System (Ultimate/UltiPRO) and generate standard and ad-hoc reports.
  • Partner with management to collect HR data from existing platforms to document, migrate and implement new HRIS business systems, enhancements to existing systems, and integrations with other systems.
  • Manage appropriate issue escalation to achieve timely issue resolution.
  • Manage special projects related to the testing, documentation, piloting, deployment, and communication of new functionality and system enhancements
  • Create and maintain end-user and training documentation; and participate in training activities for end-users
  • Build email notifications, configure and schedule alerts as necessary.

Key Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or information technology
  • MUST HAVE Minimum 5 years’ experience implementing Ultimate (UltiPro) in a global organization
  • Experience in configuring and implementing new modules
  • Excellent trouble shooting and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Highly organized and attentive to details
  • Proven track record for delivering projects on time.
