Complex’s Snapchat Discover team is looking to hire a Freelance Managing Editor. As the Managing Editor with the Snapchat Discover team you will utilize content from Complex.com to create daily Snapchat editions. In addition, you will work with Deputy Editor to create copy exclusive to Snapchat, and assist the Deputy Editor in copy editing Snap content.

Requirements

  • An experienced copy editor and writer
  • Excellent grammar and impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with close attention to priority and tight deadlines, including same-day turnarounds
  • Knowledgeable about the nuances of current hip-hop
  • An expert in all things social media, with a specific interest in Snapchat and its Discover platform
