The Learning Manager, Multimedia Assets is responsible for analyzing current media assets, as well as maintaining a relationship with the marketing group to develop tactical plans and create media assets within an appropriate time frame, and within GAF branding guidelines. The Multimedia Asset Manager will leverage internal and external contacts and create new product and/or technology strategies for launch ensuring the production of training assets to accompany the launch. The Multimedia Asset Manager will leverage the CARE team to conduct trainings according to multimedia needs.
The manager will design, develop and execute strategies to maintain world class training media assets expected of the largest roofing manufacturer in North America by creating engaging images, audio, and video learning assets based upon C.A.R.E. training events on a nationwide basis. Projects may include capturing sales, technical and hands-on training for GAF materials, as well as classroom sales and webinar courses for commercial and residential roofing contractors, distributors, Architects and internal GAF employees. Photo and Video assets will be used for CARE YouTube Videos, Virtual Learning Modules, Social Media Posts, etc. These media assets would be created in collaboration with marketing, technical, Human resources, and Research and development departments.
In addition, the Multimedia Asset Manager, is responsible to research and propose new technologies that will help propel the CARE team to the forefront knowledge transfer through media.
30% Travel to remote locations, film and document training events. Focus of this position is to continually improve and competently deliver video content illustrating technical and sales training, product demonstration, new product launch, Social Media assets, and content for virtual learning modules.
30% Organize and edit video asset library for internal consumption.
20% Work with GAF partners to constantly evolve training tools and curriculum including Learning Academy courses, webinars and virtual training videos across departments.
10% Responsible for Transporting, Acquiring, and Maintaining audio and video equipment
10% Perform other duties as assigned, and /or necessary.

Required qualification s:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Education, Business Administration or other related field
5-7 years of Learning and Development experience
2+ years of Multimedia Experience
Knowledge of Roofing, construction and GAF commercial and residential systems
Experience as a trainer or contractor
Sales experience is a plus
