The Post Support Tech will perform a variety of operational and technical functions in support of longform and short-form post production. These services will encompass project, media prep, content ingest, delivery tasks, graphic support, finishing editing services as necessary, L1 support for all operational workflows and finishing workflows, media management for post and Avid storage-based workflows, as well as administrative functions for the Post Production Department.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in post-production or knowledge of editing and post processes
Experience working with Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop and Interplay Access and Media Central
Ability to read audio/video scopes
Experienced knowledge of video/audio codecs, file formats, camera formats and resolutions
Knowledgeable in all Microsoft Office applications

Must be willingness to travel and work overtime, and work on weekends with short notice, as needed
Strong Attention to detail and very organized
Ability to prioritize work load and work under pressure
Ability and desire to learn new technology, trouble shoot issues, and train others
Excellent communications skills and ability to interface with multiple departments, clients and vendors
Experience working with Avid/Adobe Premiere/After Effects/Photoshop
Experience with media management
Knowledge with digital media files types and codecs
Ability to work independently while maintaining team culture
