We are targeting a Temporary Benefits Solutions Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the Benefit Solutions team which is a fast pace new business unit of Entertainment Partners. Benefit Solutions provides health insurance to non-union crew and talent on feature and TV productions, manages sick and other leave benefits for productions and provides an ACA Premiere services that addresses Affordable Care Act compliances. This position will focus on support to the team in various capacities and requires data management, contract management, customer service skills, good organization and research skills. Position also requires the ability to initiate and complete key projects for the business unit.


  • Assist Operations team with processing new hire insurance offers, terminations and employee account updates.
  • Provide administrative support to the COE including assisting with client billing, sending out invoices and updating client accounts
  • Assist with audit of Plansource to make sure all client documentation is complete for WRAP documents, Certificates and SPDs.
  • Assist with special projects for the Vice President, Director and Managers of the COE.


  • 5 years related work experience in administrative support, heavy contract preparation and customer service.
  • Advanced excel knowledge preferred.
  • HR administrative background desired but not required.
  • College degree desired but not required.
