NBCUniversal Entertainment First Run Syndication is seeking a Production Coordinator to work with all day to day operations as outlined below for “The Kelly Clarkson Show.” This is a Run of Show position.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Office and production management support as directed by Manager
  • Freelance crew paperwork: start forms, timesheets, etc
  • Responsible for resourcing and securing vendor agreements
  • Distribution of production schedules and daily production paperwork
  • Tracking/reporting crew hours
  • Coordinate and manage production assistants
  • Coordinate meals, i.e. catering and craft service for staff and crew
  • Remote Shoot assistance
  • Compile and research: contacts, costs, restrictions, logistics and permits
  • Order, return, & track all office equipment, video, lighting and audio rental equipment for shoots
  • Assist on set for shoots
  • Coordinate all day to day production office workflow and communication
  • Other ad-hoc duties as outlined by Manager


Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of production related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Technical knowledge of production equipment for film, video and photography

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV through to be considered
  • Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
  • Must be willing to work in Universal City, California
  • Must have work authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
