Coordinates and organizes the inbound flow of freight at the docks while maintaining proper procedures and paperwork. Helps sort and send inbound equipment to the proper departments. Responsible for the shipping and tracking of LTL and small parcel shipments.

  • Organizes inbound lane assignments.
  • Responsible for proper truck loading and unloading.
  • Maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Dock scheduling.
  • Assists the Subrental Coordinator with the processing of inbound/outbound rentals.
  • Sets up and tracks LTL shipments.
  • Works closely with Logistics and Shop Managers to ensure trucks are loaded and unloaded properly.
  • Responsible for organizing the equipment for optimized truck loading.
  • Responsible for visually inspect and document inbound equipment for damages.
  • In charge of packaging and shipping small parcels.
  • Performs other duties as required.


  • Analytical with excellent written, verbal and telephone communications skills.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Basic skills in MS Office.
  • Strong customer service experience (internal and external “customers”); ability to work and/or within a team.
  • Ability to be actively moving throughout the entire workday.
  • Solid organizational skills.
  • Ability to run crews of up to10 people.
  • One or more years of Shipping and Receiving/Dock Management experience.
  • Positive Attitude.
