Opportunity Overview

What part will you play?
Warner Bros. Pictures seeks a Feature Production Trainee for the Production Planning department. As directed, position learns/trains to be exposed to the various facets of production as well as Warner Bros. production policies and procedures, with a focus on production planning.

  • Works along with Vice President and the Production Planning team to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Answers phones, screens calls, and responds to inquiries.
  • Coordinates travel and processes expense reports
  • Research, read and summarize film incentive legislation from various global jurisdictions.
  • Review then summarize various incentive contracts/agreements.
  • Maintains legislative, incentive and project files.
  • Runs computer generated reports for team members as requested.
  • Performs analysis as needed using Excel.
  • Performs special projects and other related duties as assigned.

What do we require from you?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Education in film, communication or related field is strongly preferred.
  • Approximately six months of feature production experience as a production assistant or staff assistant is preferred.
  • PC skills required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel.
  • Must have the ability to work under time constraints and handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be well organized and have good attention to detail.
