Disney Music Group

  • Answer phones, forward calls and deliver messages to the appropriate parties across DMG
  • Maintain, order and stock all kitchen and office supplies
  • Coordinate drive on passes and WiFi access for all external guests
  • Greet all guests
  • Handle content for TV & Projectors
  • Process free goods requests
  • Maintain calendars and scheduling for the conference rooms
  • Close out UPS machines at end of day and maintain order in the mailrooms
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail that comes to 2700 (fan mail, invoices, checks, etc.)
  • Submit requests for temporary resources as needed
  • Train and act as crisis site coordinator
  • Assist with special events and meetings
  • Fill in for the assistant to the DMG President and other executives, as needed, including maintain calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, handle incoming mail / email and prioritize appropriately.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an executive support or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to work in fast-paced environment (deadlines, prioritization, multiple tasks).
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be a “team-player”
  • Familiarity with SAP, Concur and phone systems
  • Bachelors degree

The Coordinator, Disney Music Group primary responsibility is to provide front desk (reception) support and administrative back-up to assistants/coordinators throughout DMG including for senior leaders including the President. Additional responsibilities includes ordering office supplies ordering, and organizing and maintaining product and storage rooms.

Preferred Education :

  • At least 2 years of experience in an executive support or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
