What You’ll Do:
Liaison for Content Executives between internal cross-functional departments, agencies, studios, production companies and partners.
Provide administrative support to the Documentary Executive and Content Lead including: calendar and contact management, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, conference calls and meetings (external/internal), arranging executive travel, preparing, filing expense reports, maintenance of internal database and document tracking (Airtable), coverage and review of incoming submissions, ad hoc research projects regarding trends and projects being evaluated, and other general administrative duties as needed.
Create, track and distribute timely information and materials to appropriate external and internal parties as needed.
Update and maintain various production related databases, documents and calendars.
Build a working knowledge of talent that can be sourced for documentary programming by way of film festival tracking, nonprofit grant tracking, agents, managers and their client rosters.
Seeking and maintaining a current understanding of competitive networks and their programming slate as it pertains to documentary and other non-fiction programming.

What You’ll Need:
2+ years administrative/office management experience supporting an Executive
Experience within large entertainment/media, production company or alternative production office required
Must be proficient with Google docs and spreadsheets, Google slides, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; exceptional computer skills on both MAC and PC
Adept at creating presentation decks including charts and grids
Desire to work in and understand documentary content development and production and an understanding of industry terminology and the phases of development
Excellent communication skills (writing and speaking) with excellent follow through skills
Detail oriented and organized, with a strong ability to multi-task multiple high priority projects and appropriately prioritize work
Highly motivated self-starter that can problem solve in a fast-paced work environment
Trustworthy with sensitive and/or confidential information
Bachelor’s Degree in media related field, or equivalent work experience
