Now Hiring!! Workforce Logiq is seeking a talented Associate Product Manager – Live/Sports for one of our premier online content network clients located in Burbank, CA. This team is a fast-growing streaming platform, offering services across web, mobile, and OTT devices.   • This will be a 6-month contract position
  • This position will be remote until Covid-19 pandemic is lifted
  • Client is considering local candidates to Burbank, CA only

Responsibilities:

This role will report to the product lead on Live TV and Sports. He/she will work closely with stakeholders, designers, and engineers to build best-in-class streaming apps, to prioritize requirements based on business goals and platform KPIs, and to deliver the best experience for our subscribers.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Support the product roadmap and strategy and be a SME for live TV and sports
  • Evolve and maintain homes for sports leagues and ensure consistency across all platforms
  • Develop new scheduling tools to enable feature innovation across live TV, search, and discovery
  • Clearly define feature requirements and business logic for agile scrum teams, CMS and API teams, and design partners
  • Set KPI-driven priorities and use quantitative and qualitative data to become knowledgeable about the customer, their habits, and their needs
  • Align various stakeholders (marketing, operations, data tracking, etc.) on delivery scope and in preparation for sports events
  • Support strategic discussions on the future direction of the client’s product and user experience
  • Manage cross-functional relationships and work through competing priorities with ease

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Media or relevant fields preferred
  • Prior experience in leading projects/initiatives and in managing stakeholders to achieve product goals
  • Prior experience in drafting detailed product requirements from user stories to Product Requirement Documents
  • Prior experience in working with Agile Scrum Methodologies and Engineering teams
  • Prior experience and interest in Sports and Live TV Streaming
  • Prior experience with Video Metadata and Live Schedule Data
