Lecturer/ Senior Lecturer Film and Television Farnham
Full-Time Post: 36.25 hours per week
Salary: £ 35,211 – £40,792 per annum Ref: 19-AMCD307-0346-1
We have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer in Film and Television to join our School of Film, Media and Performing Arts at Farnham. We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational Lecturer who will work as part of a dynamic team providing students with a relevant and stimulating range of learning opportunities and experience throughout their studies.
You will contribute to the leadership and management, delivery and development of the film and television academic programme within the School.
You will to make an enhanced contribution to the School and the University through your internal and external influence; multi-disciplinary working; anticipation of future requirements; consideration and communication of complex ideas or research; design and delivery of one-off learning events outside of existing frameworks and acting as an academic supervisor or mentor.
Experience of undergraduate and/or postgraduate teaching, good verbal, written and visual communication skills, organizational ability, and personal initiative is required. You will hold a relevant honours degree and postgraduate qualification, and the successful applicant may already hold Fellowship of the HEA, a research degree or a teaching qualification.
