We’re looking for a part-time Production Manager with proven experience scheduling and managing video and audio projects from pre-production to publishing.

It’s a fantastic time to join the Video & Audio team at Which? as we’re about to implement a brand new strategy for the year ahead. We produce over 200 videos and podcasts a year so we will need all your organisational talents in this fast paced environment.

What you’ll be doing

As Production Manager you’ll be the cornerstone of our in-house video production team, working across multiple projects and juggling multiple deadlines.

You’ll be running our production schedule – allocating resource both from our internal team as well as freelancers. You’ll be arranging all pre-production meetings as well as chairing our weekly creative meeting. You’ll also be ensuring that the publishing calendar is balanced and aligns with the publishing schedule for Which?’s other outputs.

Reporting to the Executive Producer, you’ll be part of a friendly team of 8 people including producers, videographers and an audio producer and will work daily with people from across the organisation.

What we’re looking for

You are a natural organiser who can find a way past even the most challenging problems.

You’ll need to be someone who can work independently, but loves collaboration and will thrive in a varied, creative environment. You’ll be an experienced Production Manager who can prioritise the right content according to our video strategy.

You will need to demonstrate:

  • Strong production management skills and a high degree of organisation
  • Stakeholder management and setting expectations
  • Comfortable taking charge of meetings and projects to maintain direction and pace.
  • Team player with positive attitude that establishes good working relationships and responds to needs as they arise
  • A strong understanding of the online video production process and what makes good content.
  • An understanding of what makes Which? distinctive
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
