The Team:
The Sun Online is the biggest mobile news brand in the UK – and still growing! – with a young, talented, diverse team who publish the best coverage of news, sport, TV and showbiz, lifestyle and family value.


Your Role:
We are looking for an assistant who is able to manage the input of picture payments for the Sun Online. The individual needs to be comfortable working independently as well as part of a wider payments team. Attention to detail, accuracy and a proactive approach are essential in this role.


Day to day:

  • Oversea the daily input of online picture payments
  • Coordinate Payment logs and invoices with the wider team
  • Ensure all payments are uploaded correctly for payment each week alongside the finance team
  • Be the main point of contact for Agencies and freelance photographers regarding payments
  • Answering payment queries
  • Providing holiday cover for other members of the team

  • Pro-active and displays a willingness to take on any task
  • Positive attitude and good team player
  • Takes initiative in order to achieve desired results
  • Self-starter, organised and a good problem-solver, able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
  • Must have experience using excel
