My client, a highly successful TV company making important factual programmes needs a super organised Executive Assistant to support the two founder directors, in addition to ensuring that all runs smoothly in this busy office. This is an exciting full-on role for a proactive individual who is able to multitask and prioritise.  Previous experience in a similar environment is a must.

Duties will include:

  • Generally organising the lives of the two directors and keeping the team in order
  • Managing multiple diaries
  • Scheduling meetings & taking minutes
  • Booking flights, hotels 
  • Ordering equipment and stationery
  • Dealing with office maintenance
  • Organising company social events

A cheerful and willing personality with great communication skills will fit into this friendly team producing hours of TV content.  The successful candidate will be a confident, well organised person with loads of initiative and for whom nothing is too much trouble.
