  • Involved in shaping creative ideas and executing the ideas of executive film and TV producers and directors
  • Presenting the ideas and concepts of the production to executive film and TVproducers and stakeholders
  • Budgeting for the film or TV production from pre-production until post-production
  • Responsible for the budget reports after the production is finished
  • High negotiation skills with all international production houses, vendors, artist managements and film crews
  • Able to analyse and develop potential business relationships in the entertainment industry
  • Researching for talents, locations, background history for every program in the making
  • Managing all international crews during film and TV production
  • Managing all the logistics during film and TVproduction
  • Managing the time frame and deadlines of the production schedules
  • Have an overall control and direction for the crew, technical staff and production team
  • May be required to travel to production sites


  • Competent in using Excel, PowerPoint, Keynotes, Words, Final Cut Pro
  • Remarkable organisational skills and immaculate attention to details
  • A strong ability in data and number as well as drafting marketing and production material
  • Experience in making, executing and reporting financial budgets
  • Highly skilled in research for all aspects needed in an audio-visual production
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills in all situations
  • Highly creative, adaptable and a strong team spirit
  • Experience and the ability to review and run-through legal contracts along with the legal department
  • Have a solid international network in audio-visual production (Especially in Asia & Europe)
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, fast-changing, stressful environment
  • At least 15 years’ experience in the entertainment industry and/or worldwide audio-visual production
  • Fluently speaks a minimum of 3 of the following languages: English, Bahasa Indonesia, Chinese, Malay, Dutch, German & French
  • Experience of taking over the Director’s role during the production on-site (Desirable)
