Your opportunity

The Head of Production is part of the Digital Storytelling team within the Pursuit Centre of Excellence and works in concert with the Head of Narrative, Video Lead and Junior Production Assistant to produce creative and compelling short form videos and multimedia assets to support differentiated Bid/Proposals for our largest and most strategic opportunities.

He/she will lead and execute the creative processes, content development, and production of all video and multimedia content for Pursuit Centre of Excellence supported opportunities across North and South Europe. The Head of Production is expected to bring exceptional creative abilities and technical skills. This role requires a highly organized person with significant experience managing and supervising on-set/off-site shooting, post-production editing, graphics animation and maintenance of digital assets. The candidate must be a creative thinker and problem-solver, skilled at bringing new ideas and opportunities for improvement in production processes.

This opportunity will require regular travel (domestic & international).

Your role

In addition to the above the preferred candidate will have the following as part of their core skill sets:

Ability to strategically interface and brainstorm with senior partners regarding the visual display of information in the video genre; ability to grasp the substance of business issues being communicated and then re-articulate visual options that enhance/clarify audience understandingCreate compelling video deliverables to enhance subject matter understanding, connect with the audience on an emotional level thus drawing the viewer further into the content and distinguish the Deloitte in the marketplaceEnsure a creative yet consistent look and feel that adheres to, and supports, the Deloitte brand, visual identity, legal guidelines and messagingAbility to effectively guide pursuit teams and other pursuit management professionals on effective video presentation and style where applicableDemonstrate outstanding attention to detail and quality under challenging deadlinesWork effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contributionCoach on-camera talent (at all levels of an organization) with special emphasis on Executive Coaching for optimizing on-camera performance;Conduct and supervise all aspects of the video creation process from planning, to shooting through final electronic delivery to appropriate stakeholders.Storyboard, plan and facilitate studio and on-location video production, including planning, logistics, filming, editing, sound mixing, 2D/3D graphic design, animation and output compression;Have proven expertise in conducting in-depth, portrait-style interviews with C-Suite executive talent (in high pressure situations). Mastery in the client testimonial genre is a given.Work independently from start to finish;Work collaboratively with different Deloitte teams to come up with creative solutions;Hire and manage vendors (domestically & internationally);Supervise video post-production, including audio adjustment, sound scoring and colour correction;Maintain electronic, on-line database of program content for archival use.Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contributionYour work, your choice

Your professional experience

Substantial advanced video production experience ideally serving more than one professional services firm and across other, varied industries/geographies.Direct C-Suite executive coaching for video performance in a wide variety of industries. Ability to capture the same compelling content with employees and staff at all levels.Experience working in a Global Ad Agency directly supervising multiple Producer/Director teams across the globe is highly desired. Previous journalism experience with on-air experience is a plus.Thorough technical knowledge of video production (studio & field), filming techniques and equipment: Digital Cinema cameras, composition, shot blocking, lighting, multi-cam setups, advanced audio production, and media management (handling raw footage)Bachelor’s degree in video/film production or a related field is required.Supervisory experience where Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator are optimized for video use.Your profile:
