Position: Executive Support Analyst
Reports to: Specialist Support Manager

This is the job description for Executive Support Analyst within the Specialist Support Team. The role is responsible for providing white glove IT Support to all Executives and their assistants throughout NBCU as well as AV Support for the wider business. The team provides Mac, Windows and AV Support, there is also some global travel supporting events.
This key role is responsible for providing a high standard of IT support and should ensure that great customer satisfaction and an excellent overall customer experience is delivered.
