NBC News Digital seeks a talented editor to join its London team to run nbcnews.com on the weekend and carry World coverage into the evening three days a week. This position will primarily be a mix of news editing, homepage editing and news reporting/writing.
The successful candidate will be an ambitious, well-rounded journalist with at least five years editing experience. They will be an unflappable all-rounder who can comfortably and efficiently juggle multiple editorial tasks in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with editors in New York and LA, as well as NBC News’ broadcast operations in the U.S. and internationally.
While the position has an emphasis on handling World stories, it also requires a deep knowledge of the United States – particularly in the runup to the 2020 presidential election.
