Position Title: Videographer/Motion Graphics Artist/Editor


The Videographer/Motion Graphics Artist/Editor should be curious, performance driven, and should enjoy working in a team atmosphere. Candidates must have enthusiasm for story telling and dedication to their craft. They must be self-motivated, hard working, and willing to tackle all tasks presented. Candidates must be familiar with a fast-paced, deadline driven, creative environment. They will be responsible for assisting in the production, editing and finishing of high-quality commercial/digital video content. Candidates must have experience with all aspects of production, motion graphics animation, and editing. They must be able to collaborate and work well with others, as well as work independently. Candidates should be highly proficient in editorial and production workflow for broadcast and web delivery. Candidates will work directly with other creatives, and production personnel. A demo reel of recent work is an absolute must.


  • Understand the production process from pre-production through post-production
  • Operate camera equipment- specifically Sony A7III
  • Operate audio equipment – lavs, booms, etc.
  • Ability to work with Producers & the Creative Director to execute creative vision
  • Assist with shoot estimates, shot lists, and advise on equipment needs
  • Mentor other creative staff
  • Travel required – approximately 10% of the time
  • Create and/or refine graphic elements for all content including TV, web, digital, and presentations
  • Strong creative problem solver under tight deadlines
  • Extensive knowledge of motion/animation, typography, color, editing and composition
  • Able to prepare media files to be shared across multiple digital platforms (i.e., Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, etc.)
  • Strong digital asset management and organization


  • Proficient with Sony A7III, lighting and grip gear
  • Experience directing production crews
  • Knowledge of cinematography fundamentals & techniques
  • Knowledge of lighting fundamentals & techniques
  • Proficient in Adobe After Effects
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Proficient in Adobe Audition
  • Experience in Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience in Adobe Illustrator a plus
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with multiple deadlines
  • Creative and enthusiastic solution-oriented team player
  • Superior project management, organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt easily to comply with brand standards
  • Proficient in different video codecs and best practices


  • Vocational Degree or Bachelor’s degree in video-related field or equivalent work experience (3-5 years)
  • We are open to self-taught applicants with strong reels
  • Videography: 3-5 years
  • Video Editing: 2-3 years


  • Video Production: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Video Editing: 2 years (Preferred)


Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $49,000.00 /year
