We are looking for a highly creative and extremely focused Videographer to help in executing our video production. This person will storyboard with the team, capture, edit and archive footage. The Videographer will be part of the video team within the Corporate Marketing Department and will interact with a mix of people on the construction operations side of the company. This individual will fill the role of a producer-editor and has mastered the basics in video and audio recording as well as editing with the Adobe Creative Suite. They will be asked to support during larger productions, but also must be self-sufficient for solo projects.

  • Take part in the coordination of all facets of video production including brainstorming of ideas, planning, production and post-production editing
  • Work with marketing team to generate video content for social media, YouTube channel, overall brand videos, e-learning content, customer testimonials, and more
  • Ensuring that videos are on-brand
  • Post-production editing of all pieces to effectively tell the right story to our audience


  • Hands on knowledge of a variety of camera (RED, Canon, Sony, etc) and stabilizer systems.
  • Working knowledge of audio capture, both in the field and in-studio.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, etc.)
  • Drone Operator experience (DJI specific – FAA Licensing is a plus)
  • Familiar with RAID backup/archiving system.
  • Comfortable with “run & gun / doc” style shoots with multiple cameras & multiple audio setups.
  • Degree in broadcasting, videography, or related major preferred.
  • An understanding of social media trends
  • Agency and/or on-set production experience is a plus.

  • You are a multitasker who can work on several video projects at once
  • You are good with people
  • You are calm under pressure and can troubleshoot any production issues with ease
  • You know how to communicate effective messaging as it relates to video content
  • You can work independently but also enjoy working in a collaborative environment with a variety of people
  • You are willing to travel as needed for on location projects
  • Photography, animation, color correcting and drone experience isn’t necessary but is a bonus

Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stands; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level. Job site walking.
